We’re bringing together great food, great wine, and great company for a special evening—a collaboration between Carne & Cucina and Alessa Vino, Alex’s newly launched wine business.

Alex has worked tirelessly to bring Alessa Vino to life, dedicating herself to researching small, independent wine producers and curating a selection that balances uniqueness, quality, and accessibility. This dinner is an opportunity to highlight that dedication and experience firsthand the wines that define Alessa Vino.

Join us for a three-course dinner, plus a snack to start, with each course thoughtfully paired with hand-selected wines from Alessa Vino—chosen for their quality, character, and perfect complement to the menu.
